Regulation No. 42/POJK.04/2020 conceming
Afliliated Trcnsactions and Conf,ict of lnterost
Transadions. Tho Conpany is not requircd to cany
out the procedures as refened to in Afticle i and is not
rcquired to fultill the Novisions as stipulated in Adicle
4 paragraph (1) based on the provisions of afticle 6
paragruph (1) letter, considedng that it is a transaction
between a Public Company and a Controlld
Company whose shares are at least 99% ownd by
the Contrclled Company's paid-up capital and leftar c,
the transadion is a transaction with value not
exceeding 0,5% of the Company's paid-up capital or
not exceeding IDR 5,000,000,000.
