      Dual Completion Velocity String by Elnusa Significantly Boosts
                       Production in PHR Zone 1
Jakarta, October 20, 2025 — PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA IDX: ELSA), in synergy with Pertamina Hulu Rokan (PHR) Zone 1 – Jambi Field, has successfully achieved
a significant production increase at Well PPS-X19 and Well PPS-12. This achievement is the result of engineering collaboration between Elnusa and PHR Zone
1 through the innovative application of the Dual Completion Velocity String, a method never before implemented in onshore oil and gas fields.

Elnusa’s Director of Operations, Andri Haribowo, stated that this innovation marks a breakthrough in Elnusa’s efforts to support oil and gas production
optimization from the Puspa Asri Structure in Jambi. “Elnusa continues to innovate through technology development, including the application of the Dual
Completion Velocity String and other practical solutions, to help enhance oil and gas production for our clients,” said Andri.

The Dual Completion Velocity String innovation is an advancement in Elnusa’s Coiled Tubing Services line, utilizing Permanent Coiled Tubing that enables
dual completion and prevents cross flow. For context, well completion activities involve a series of operations to prepare an oil and gas well for production
or injection after drilling is completed.

Dual completion through velocity string installation allows two reservoirs with different pressures to be produced simultaneously without interference. This
is critical because, under normal conditions, simultaneous production from two reservoirs can cause cross flow, which may shut down the lower-pressure
reservoir, rendering it non-productive.

To address this, two separate production paths are used, both leading to surface production tanks. Flow from the lower layer is channeled through Coiled
Tubing, while flow from the upper layer is produced through the annulus between the production tubing and the Coiled Tubing.

The implementation of the Dual Completion Velocity String at Well PPS-X19 has proven to significantly increase oil production from 442 barrels of oil per
day (BOPD) to 1,418 BOPD. Similarly, at Well PPS-12, production rose dramatically from 73 BOPD to 507 BOPD.

This success in PHR Zone 1 has sparked interest from PHR Zone 4, which plans to apply the Dual Completion Velocity String to two wells in its area, with
further installations scheduled for several wells in 2026.

The successful implementation of this innovation opens new opportunities for Elnusa to continue contributing to the enhancement of national oil and gas
production. This innovation is not only an effective technical solution but also a tangible effort by the company to support government programs aimed at
achieving energy security and self-sufficiency in the future.
