On 16 October 2025, PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama
(“BUMA”), a controlled subsidiary of the Company, has
submitted a notice of optional redemption of its remaining 2026
Notes in the amount of USD212,250,000 (two hundred twelve
million two hundred and fifty thousand United States Dollar)
(“Optional Redemption”).
Redemption date is scheduled on 17 November 2025.
For reference, please find attached the Optional Redemption
announcement dated 16 October 2025 in Singapore Stock
Exchange.
