Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 15 Oktober 2025, terjadi insiden kebakaran di
dalam salah satu water ballast tank pada Kapal Federal II
yang dimiliki entitas anak usaha Perseroan yaitu PT Eastern
Jason pada saat menjalani proses pemeliharaan di galangan
kapal PT ASL Shipyard Indonesia.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Manajemen Perseroan memperkirakan biaya perbaikan kapal
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Federal II atas insiden kebakaran tersebut tidak bersifat
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, signifikan/material terhadap kondisi keuangan dan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.
