dihadapan Notaris Christina Dwi Utami, S.H., M.Hum., M.KN
dan telah disahkan oleh Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi
Manusia Republik Indonesia berdasarkan Surat Keputusan
No. AHU-0087280.AH.01.01 Tahun 2025 tanggal 10 Oktober
2025.
Modal dasar pada PT Samudera Sejahtera Shipping adalah
sebesar Rp100.000.000,- (seratus juta Rupiah) sehingga tidak
termasuk dalam transaksi material sebagaimana dimaksud
dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor
17/POJK.04/2020 Tahun 2020 tentang Transaksi Material dan
Perubahan Kegiatan Usaha.

the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of
Indonesia based on the Decree No. AHU-0087280.AH.01.01
Year 2025 dated October 10, 2025.
Authorized capital in PT Samudera Sejahtera Shipping is
Rp100,000,000.- (one hundred million Rupiah) and it is not a
material transaction based on the Financial Services
