Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Berdasarkan pemberitaan melalui media elektronik Kota
Lombok dan pencarian secara mandiri pada lama website
Sistem Informasi Penelusuran Perkara (SIPP) Pengadilan
Negeri Mataram, yang baru Perseroan ketahui pada tanggal
16 Oktober 2025. Pada tanggal 13 Oktober 2025 Pengadilan
Negeri Mataram menjatuhkan putusan terhadap perkara
pidana mantan Direktur PT Patut Patuh Patju, selaku Pihak
dalam Perjanjian Kerjasama Operasional dengan PT Bliss
Pembangunan Sejahtera (Anak Perseroan). Salah satu amar
putusannya terkait aset anak Perseroan, sebagai berikut:
"Gedung atau bangunan Lombok City Center yang berdiri
diatas tanah dengan SHGB 01 luas 47.921 M2 yang berlokasi
di Desa Gerimak Indah Kec. Narmada, Kab. Lombok Barat,
Nusa Tenggara Barat. Dikembalikan kepada Bank Sinarmas
dan untuk selanjutnya dilelang guna menutupi utang PT Bliss
Pembangunan Sejahtera".
Hingga saat ini Perseroan belum mendapatkan informasi resmi
yang lengkap dari Pihak-pihak terkait putusan tersebut.
Sebagai bentuk kepatuhan terhadap Pasal 52 POJK Nomor 45
Tahun 2024, kami menyampaikan informasi ini segera setelah
mengetahuinya.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Hal tersebut tidak berdampak pada kegiatan usaha Perseroan.

Description of Material Information or Based on news through the Lombok City electronic media and
Facts an independent search on the Mataram District Courts case
tracking information systmen (SIPP) website, which the
Company only known about on October 16, 2025. That on
October 13, 2025, the Mataram District Court handed down a
verdict on the criminal case of the former Director of PT Patut
Patuh Patju, as a Party to the Operational Cooperation
Agreement with PT Bliss Pembangunan Sejahtera (a
subsidiary of the Company). One of decisions related to the
Company's subsidiary assets, is as follows:
"The Lombok City Center Building or Building that stands on
the ground with a Building Rights Certificate (HGB) 01 with an
area of 47,921 M2 is located in Gerimak Indah Village,
Narmada District, West Lombok Regency, West Nusa
Tenggara. It was returned to Bank Sinarmas and subsequently
auctioned to cover the debt of PT Bliss Pembangunan
Sejahtera".
Until now, the Company has not received complete official
information from the parties regarding the decision.
As a form of complicance with article 52 of POJK Number 45
of 2024, we convey this information as soon as we find out.
