Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Jakarta, 29 Juli 2026 - PT Elnusa Tbk (IDX: ELSA),
perusahaan jasa energi yang tergabung dalam Subholding
Upstream Pertamina, kembali menegaskan kontribusinya
dalam mendukung ketahanan energi nasional melalui
keberhasilan menyelesaikan operasi Survei Seismik Offshore
3D Kandawulo di wilayah perairan Selat Makassar, Kabupaten
Mamuju, Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. Pekerjaan Survei Seismik
Offshore 3D Kandawulo dengan cakupan area seluas 2.500
km2 tersebut semula ditargetkan selesai dalam 76 hari.
Melalui pelaksanaan operasi yang optimal dan efektif, Elnusa
berhasil menuntaskan akuisisi data hanya dalam 56 hari atau
20 hari lebih cepat dari target. Pencapaian tersebut juga
membukukan 99.120 jam kerja aman tanpa kecelakaan kerja.
Sebagai perusahaan jasa energi nasional yang memiliki
kapabilitas geosains terintegrasi, Elnusa memegang peran
penting dalam menyediakan data bawah permukaan sebagai
fondasi eksplorasi migas. Kapabilitas tersebut tidak hanya
mencakup akuisisi data seismik, tetapi juga pemrosesan data
menggunakan metode Pre Stack Time Migration yang akan
berlangsung sekitar enam bulan setelah proses akuisisi.
Kapabilitas tersebut memperkuat posisi Elnusa sebagai
penyedia layanan geosains terintegrasi yang mampu
menghadirkan solusi end-to-end bagi kebutuhan eksplorasi
migas nasional.
Dalam pelaksanaan Survei Seismik Offshore 3D Kandawulo,
Elnusa memastikan setiap tahapan operasi dilaksanakan
dengan mengedepankan prinsip Health, Safety, Security, and
Environment (HSSE), perlindungan lingkungan, serta
kepatuhan terhadap seluruh ketentuan yang berlaku.
Penerapan disiplin operasional tersebut menjadi salah satu
faktor yang mendukung penyelesaian akuisisi data lebih cepat
dari target sekaligus membukukan 99.120 jam kerja aman
tanpa kecelakaan kerja.
Direktur Operasi PT Elnusa Tbk, Andri Haribowo, mengatakan
bahwa survei seismik merupakan tahapan yang sangat
menentukan dalam rantai nilai industri hulu migas karena
menghasilkan data bawah permukaan yang menjadi dasar
pengambilan keputusan eksplorasi. "Penyelesaian akuisisi
data 20 hari lebih cepat dari target dengan tetap membukukan
99.120 jam kerja aman menunjukkan bahwa produktivitas,
kualitas pekerjaan, dan keselamatan operasi dapat berjalan
beriringan melalui penerapan standar operasional yang
disiplin. Capaian ini mencerminkan kompetensi operasional
Elnusa dalam menghadirkan layanan geosains yang andal
melalui dukungan teknologi, kompetensi sumber daya
manusia, dan budaya HSSE yang kuat. Ke depan, kami akan
terus memperkuat kapabilitas geosains dan inovasi layanan
guna mendukung peningkatan aktivitas eksplorasi migas serta
ketahanan energi Indonesia yang berkelanjutan," ujar Andri.
Lebih lanjut, Andri menambahkan keberhasilan operasi
tersebut juga tidak terlepas dari sinergi yang erat antara
Elnusa dengan berbagai pemangku kepentingan. Koordinasi
yang intensif bersama Pemerintah Provinsi Sulawesi Barat,
Pemerintah Kabupaten Mamuju, jajaran TNI dan Polri,
Kesyahbandaran, serta instansi terkait lainnya berperan
penting dalam menciptakan kelancaran operasional dan
memastikan seluruh rangkaian kegiatan berjalan sesuai
dengan ketentuan yang berlaku.

Description of Material Information or Jakarta, 29 July 2026 - PT Elnusa Tbk (IDX: ELSA), an
Facts integrated energy services company and part of Pertamina's
Upstream Subholding, has reaffirmed its commitment to
supporting Indonesia's energy security through the successful
completion of the Kandawulo 3D Offshore Seismic Survey in
the waters of the Makassar Strait, Mamuju Regency, West
Sulawesi Province. Covering an area of 2,500 km2, the survey
was originally scheduled for completion within 76 days.
Through efficient and optimized operational execution, Elnusa
successfully completed the data acquisition in just 56 days,
finishing 20 days ahead of schedule. The project also achieved
99,120 safe man-hours with zero recordable accidents,
underscoring Elnusa's strong operational excellence and
commitment to safety.
As a national energy services company with integrated
geoscience capabilities, Elnusa plays a vital role in providing
subsurface data that serves as the foundation for oil and gas
exploration. Its capabilities extend beyond seismic data
acquisition to include seismic data processing using the Pre
Stack Time Migration (PSTM) method, which will be carried out
over approximately six months following the completion of data
acquisition. This integrated capability further strengthens
Elnusa's position as a comprehensive geoscience service
provider, delivering end-to-end solutions to support Indonesia's
oil and gas exploration activities.
Throughout the execution of the Kandawulo 3D Offshore
Seismic Survey, Elnusa ensured that every stage of the
operation adhered to the principles of Health, Safety, Security,
and Environment (HSSE), environmental protection, and full
compliance with all applicable regulations. This disciplined
operational approach was one of the key factors enabling the
project to be completed ahead of schedule while maintaining
99,120 safe man-hours with zero workplace accidents.

that seismic surveys represent one of the most critical stages
in the upstream oil and gas value chain, as they generate
subsurface data that forms the basis for exploration decision-
making. "Completing the data acquisition 20 days ahead of
schedule while maintaining 99,120 safe man-hours
demonstrates that productivity, work quality, and operational
safety can go hand in hand through the disciplined
implementation of operational standards. This achievement
reflects Elnusa's operational excellence in delivering reliable
geoscience services, supported by advanced technology,

Andri further emphasized that the success of the operation
was also made possible through close collaboration between
Elnusa and various stakeholders. Intensive coordination with
the West Sulawesi Provincial Government, Mamuju Regency
Government, the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI), the
Indonesian National Police (Polri), the Harbormaster Office,
and other relevant authorities played a significant role in
ensuring smooth operations and full compliance with
applicable regulations.

communication with local communities, particularly fishermen
in Mamuju Regency. By providing information on project
phases, operational areas, and survey mechanisms, Elnusa
