Acara dibuka oleh Division Head Corporate Secretary dilanjutkan dengan pemaparan kinerja Perseroan. Tanya jawab dibantu dengan MC pertanyaan yang disampaikan dijawab oleh Direktur Keuangan dan Manajemen Risiko. Tanya jawab dilakukan dalam 2 (dua) sesi melalui kolom chat dan ada 6 penanya. C. Ringkasan Pertanyaan dan Jawaban Pertanyaan Pertama Amir SudjonoJInvestor Individual Target produksi 6.500 ton perbulan mulai Oktober, bagaimana eksekusinya? Jawaban: Dapat disampaikan berdasarkan RKAP 2025, Perseroan menargetkan 21.500tonSn dengan RKAB 30.000tonSn dari paparan tadi cukup terlihat pencapaian sampai dengan September baru mencapai dikisaran 12.197tonSn dan 3 bulan terakhir ini. Perseroan berusaha semaksimal mungkin meningkatkan volume produksi salah satu cara dengan membuka lokasi tambang baru didarat dan penambahan armada KIP dilaut. Answer: Based on the 2025 RKAP (Work Plan and Budget), the Company is targeting 21,500 tons of Sn with an RKAB (Work Plan and Budget) of 30,000 tons of Sn. From the presentation above, it is clear that the achievement as of September has only reached around 12,197 tons of Sn and the last 3 months. The Company is striving to maximize production volume, one of the ways being by opening new mining sites on land and expanding the KIP fleet at sea. Timah Le Jawaban: Sampai saat ini PT TIMAH Tbk masih melakukan inventarisir dan pendataan kembali terhadap potensi rare earth yang terkandung di Wilayah izin usaha pertambangan (IUP) PT TIMAH Tbk. Rare earth yg terkandung di wilayah IUP PT TIMAH Tbk ini lebih berbentuk monasit. Sampai dengan saat ini kami belum bisa memperkirakan berapa besar potensinya karena prosesnya masih jalan sehingga belum ada kontribusi terhadap penjualan di tahun 2025 ini. Pertanyaan Ketiga Andy Kurniawan|Individual Berapa ton ore yg disita dan dihibahkan ke PT TIMAH Tbk saat ini? Apakah akan dijual di A4 2025 ini? Jawaban: Berdasarkan data yang kami terima untuk logam yang disita yang akan dilimpahkan dikisaran 680 ton. Sebagaimana yang telah disampaikan tadi bahwa sampai saat ini pelimpahan asset sitaan masih dalam proses sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Jadi selama proses pelimpahan belum sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan yang berlaku kami belum dapat melakukan penjualan. Pertanyaan Keempat Andrew|investor Individual Bagaimana pengaruh aset yang diterima tins dari pemerintah ke perusahaan, proyeksi dengan aset bisa berdampak ke laba tahun 2026 berapa Yo? terima kasih Jawaban: Jadi memang benar pertanggal 6 Oktober 2025 kemarin Pemerintah melalui kejaksaan telah menyerahkan secara simbolis asset sitaan atas kasus korupsi di wilayah IUP PT TIMAH Tbk, namun sampai saat ini proses pelimpahan asset PT TIMAH Tbk Head Office Answer: Until now, PT TIMAH Tbk is still conducting an inventory and re-recording of the potential rare earth contained in the mining permit area (IUP) of PT TIMAH Tbk. The rare earth contained in the IUP area of PT TIMAH Tbk is mostly in the form of monazite. As of now, we are unable to estimate the potential size as the process is still ongoing, so there has been no contribution to sales in 2025. Answer: Based on the data we have received, the confiscated metal to be transferred is around 680 tons. 8 Timah C tersebut masih berproses agar sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, begitu juga terkait asset yang dilimpahkan, saat ini PT TIMAH Tbk masih mengkaji dan memetakan serta menginventarisir asset yang diserahkan tersebut karena kita harus menyusun rencana yang tepat bagaimana mekanisme pengolahan dan peruntukan atas asset tersebut. Sehingga kami juga belum dapat menyampaikan seberapa besar kontribusinya ke kinerja tahun 2026 sampai dengan kami menyelesaikan kajian dan pemetaan pengolahan asset tersebut. Pertanyaam Kelima WilliamlInvestor Tahun ini akan ada hilirisasi timah. Berapa persen modal kerja perseroan di Danantara? Apakah ESG berpengaruh terhadap laba rugi perseroan? Jawaban: Terkait hilirisasi timah, dapat disampaikan tahun 2008 PT TIMAH Tbk telah memproduksi produk hilir berupa tin chemical dan tin solder yang dilakukan oleh Anak Perusahaan kami yaitu PT Timah Industri yang berdomisili di Cilegon, dan tahun ini PPT Timah Industri sedang mengembangkan produk untuk bahan baku utama dari tin chemical yaitu Ethyl Hexyl Thio Gilycolate (EHTG) dan Dimethyltin Dichloride (DMT). Terkait seberapa besar modal kerja yang kami terima dari Danantara untuk kegiatan hilirisasi sampai saat ini belum ada pembahasan yang lebih detail. Sampai saat ini PT TIMAH Tbk masih memiliki modal kerja yang cukup dalam rangka mendukung hilirisasi bisnis timah. Regarding the amount of working capital we have received from Danantara for downstreaming activities, there has been no detailed discussion to date. Timah C Jawaban: Saat ini PT TIMAH sedang menyusun dan melakukan pembahasan RKAP 2026 bersama dengan Pemegang Saham baik MIND ID maupun Pemerintah, dan memang di tahun 2026 ini perseroan ditargetkan dengan volume produksi yang lebih tinggi jika dibandingkan dengan tahun- tahun sebelumnya. Namun seberapa besar volumenya belum dapat disampaikan karena masih dalam proses pembahasan.
