Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Memperhatikan ketentuan Pasal 11 ayat 27 Anggaran Dasar
Perseroan bahwa Anggota Direksi sewaktu-waktu dapat
diberhentikan untuk sementara oleh Dewan Komisaris,
Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut Perseroan mengumumkan
keterbukaan informasi Pemberhentian Sementara Sdr. Nur Adi
Kuncoro dari Jabatan sebagai Direktur Operasi dan Produksi
PT TIMAH Tbk karena terdapat alasan yang mendesak bagi
Perseroan, serta memberikan tugas kepada Direktur Utama
PT TIMAH Tbk sebagai Pelaksana tugas (Plt) Direktur Operasi
dan Produksi terhitung sejak tanggal 13 Oktober 2025 sampai
dengan ditetapkan pada Keputusan Rapat Umum Pemegang
Saham (RUPS) terdekat.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Keputusan ini tidak berdampak pada operasional, keuangan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan dan/atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.

Description of Material Information or In accordance with the provisions of Article 11 paragraph 27 of
Facts the Company's Articles of Association, members of the Board
of Directors may be temporarily dismissed by the Board of
Commissioners at any time. The Company hereby announces
the disclosure of information regarding the Temporary
Dismissal of Mr. Nur Adi Kuncoro from his position as Director
of Operations and Production of PT TIMAH Tbk due to an
urgent reasons for the company and the assignment of duties
to the President Director of PT TIMAH Tbk as Acting (Plt)
Director of Operations and Production effective from October
13th, 2025, until it is determined at the next General Meeting
of Shareholders (GMS).
