 Perseroan menjamin proses rekruitmen terhadap seluruh karyawan dari semua jenjang telah dilakukan
 secara transparan dan adil yang didasarkan pada kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan oleh DPUM. Prinsip
 kesetaraan kesempatan bekerja selalu menjadi dasar Perseroan
 dalam memilih insan terbaik untuk menjadi bagian dari karyawan. Dalam proses rekruitmen tersebut,

 Dalam menjalankan aktivitas usaha, Perseroan menjunjung tinggi
 penerapan hak azasi manusia. Penerapan HAM Perseroan mengacu pada Undang-Undang No.39 tahun
 1999 tentang Hak Azasi Manusia. Sepanjang tahun 2024 Perseroan tidak mencatat adanya pelanggaran
 HAM yang terjadi di seluruh wilayah usaha Pers

 Seluruh karyawan DPUM telah memahami ketentuan dan peraturan ketenagakerjaan yang berlaku, dimana

 diterapkan dalam kegiatan usaha telah menyesuaikan undang-undang ketenagakerjaan. DPUM tidak

 perseroan menyediakan tempat kerja dan fasilitas yang aman dan nyaman bagi karyawan dan mitra kerja
  agar karyawan dapat bekerja dengan baik, selalu menjaga keselamatan dan terhindar dari kejadian
  berbahaya. Untuk itu, Perseroan terus berkomitmen untuk menjalankan program kesehatan dan
  keselamatan kerja (K3) dengan target kenyamanan kerja dan keselamatan kerja melalui target zero
  accident.DPUM memberikan pelatihan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja serta menjamin fasilitas
 kesehatan
  sebagai langkah mitigasi terjadinya cedera dan gangguan kesehatan akibat pekerjaan maupun non
  pekerjaan. Fasilitas kesehhatan ini diberikan untuk seluruh karyawan.

 Korupsi merupakan salah satu tindak pidana luar biasa, oleh karena itu kebijakan anti korupsi menjadi
 komitmen bersama DPUM dalam melakukan aktivitas usaha dengan menghindari praktik-praktik yang
 terkait dengan korupsi. Kebijakan anti korupsi menjadi wujud implementasi dari prinsip-prinsip Good
 Corporate Governance terutama prinip transparency, responsibility dan independency. Perusahaan
 mempunyai kebijakan anti korupsi dan anti gratifikasi
 sesuai dengan syarat yang telah ditentukan. Kebijakan telah diturunkan menjadi prosedur pelaksana dalam
 mengidentifikasi, mengukur, memantau, dan mengendalikan risiko atas tindak korupsi yang mungkin
 terjadi. Bagian dari prosedur pelaksanaan ini adalah:
 1. Setiap bulan, auditor internal melakukan telaah atas semua transaksi yang dilakukan dengan mitra kerja.
 Hasil dari telaah ini
 menjadi dasar untuk evaluasi dan pengelolaan hubungan kerja antara perusahaan dengan semua mitra
 kerjanya sesuai dengan kontrak kerja.
 2. Hasil dari pelaksanaan dan target anti korupsi dilaporkan oleh Ketua Unit Audit Internal kepada Direktur
 Utama sebagai salah satu bentuk tugas dan tanggung jawab yang dilaksanakannya.

  principles of transparency, responsibility, and independence. The company has an anti-corruption and anti-
  gratification policy in accordance with the specified requirements. The policy has been translated into

 conducted with business partners. The results of this review serve as the basis for evaluating and managing

 Audit Unit to the President Director as one of the forms of duties and responsibilities carried out.
