Sejauh ini Perseroan belum memiliki
rencana untuk melakukan tindakan

termasuk rencana korporasi yang
akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan
saham Perseroan di Bursa (paling
tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang).

6. Rencana Pemegang Saham Utama
terkait dengan kepemilikan
sahamnya di Perseroan. Dalam hal
ini, mohon kiranya Corporate
Secretary menanyakan terlebih
dahulu kepada Pemegang Saham
Utama dalam menjawab konfirmasi
tersebut.

Pemegang Saham Utama belum
memiliki rencana apapun terkait
dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di
Perseroan.

To date, the Company does not
have any plans for corporate
actions in the near future,
including corporate plans which
will result in the listing of the
Company's shares in the IDX (at
least within the next 3 months).

Plans by the majority
shareholders  regarding their
share ownership in the Company.
In this case, the Corporate
Secretary shall confirm to the
majority shareholders prior to
responding to the confirmation.

The majority shareholders have
no plans to change share
ownership in the Company.
