PENGUMUMAN

Mengacu pada keterbukaan informasi PT Astra Otoparts Tbk (“AUTO”) pada tanggal 06 Oktober 2025
tentang Aksi Korporasi – Dividen Tunai disampaikan bahwa sesuai dengan keputusan Direksi yang
telah disetujui Dewan Komisaris pada tanggal 29 September 2025, AUTO menyampaikan rencana
pembagian Dividen Tunai untuk periode tahun buku 2025 yang akan dibayar sebagai berikut:

OF STRUCTURED WARRANT AUTODRCV6A
Referring to disclosure of information of PT Astra Otoparts Tbk (“AUTO”) dated 6th October 2025,
related to Corporate Action – Cash Dividend it was conveyed that in the accordance with the Board of
Directors' decision approved by the Board of Commissioners on the date 29th September 2025, has
resolved, AUTO had a plan for the distribution of dividends for the fiscal year 2025, which will be paid
as follows:
