dengan ini kami beritahukan bahwa pada tanggal 10 Oktober
2025, anak perusahaan Perseroan, PT Wintermar masuk
dalam penyertaan modal pada perusahaan patungan bernama
Whale Ocean Works Pte. Ltd., berkedudukan di Singapura,
yang bergerak pada bidang kegiatan perancangan dan
konsultasi teknik, dengan kepemilikan saham sebesar 33%.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Pendirian perusahaan patungan tersebut akan membuka
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan peluang Perseroan untuk mengembangkan bisnis maritim baru
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, guna memperkuat dan mendiversifikasi kegiatan operasional
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Perseroan.

subsidiary of the Company, PT Wintermar entered into capital
participation in a joint venture company named Whale Ocean
Works Pte. Ltd., domiciled in Singapore, which is engaged in
the field of design and engineering consultancy, with 33%
share ownership.
