Kepala Divisi Penilaian Perusahaan Group 1 PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (“Bursa”) Indonesian Stock Exchange Building Jakarta 12190 Perihal : Penjelasan atas Surat Bursa No S-11130/BEI.PP1/10-2025 perihal Volatilitas Transaksi Efek (“Surat Bursa”) Dengan hormat, Merujuk pada surat Bursa perihal Permintaan Penjelasan atas Volatilitas Transaksi Efek, berikut konfirmasi dari manajemen PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk (“Perseroan”) merujuk pada pertanyaan- pertanyaan sebagaimana dalam Surat Bursa, bahwa: 1. Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek Perseroan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 31/POJK.04/2015 Tentang Keterbukaan Atas Informasi Atau Fakta Material Oleh Emiten Atau Perusahaan Publik. Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek Perseroan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Nomor I- E: KewajibanPenyampaian Informasi ketentuan butir point III.2.1. dan IV.2.1. Lampiran Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efeklndonesia Kep-00015/BEI/01-2021. Tidak terdapat informasi/fakta/kejadian penting lainnya yang material dan dapat mempengaruhi harga efek Perseroan serta kelangsungan hidup Perseroan yang belum diungkapkan kepada publik. Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu sebagaimana diatur dalam sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 11/POJK.04/2017 Tentang Laporan Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka. Perseroan belum memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan Korporasi dalam waktu dekat. Perseroan akan melakukan penyampaian keterbukaan informasi atas tindakan korporasi kepada publik sesuai dengan POJK yang berlaku. Referring to the IDX's letter regarding the Reguest for Explanation on the Volatility of Securities
Transactions, the following confirmation from the management of PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk
(the "Company") refers to the guestions as in the IDX Letter, as follows:
1. The Company is unaware of any information or material facts that may affect the value of the
Company's securities or the investment decision of investors as stipulated in the Financial Services
Authority Regulation Number 31/POJK.04/2015 concerning Disclosure of Information or Material
Facts by Issuers or Public Companies.
2. The Company is unaware of any information or material facts that may affect the value of the
Company's securities orthe investment decision of the investor as stipulated in Regulation Number
I-E: Obligation to Submit Information under point III.2.1. and IV.2.1. Attachment to the Decree of
the Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Kep-00015/BEI/01-2021.
3. There is no other material information/facts/events that may affect the price of the Company's
securities and the survival of the Company that have not been disclosed to the public.
4. The Company is unaware of the activities of certain shareholders as regulated in the Financial
Services Authority Regulation Number 11/POJK.04/2017 concerning Ownership Reports or Any
Changes in Share Ownership of Public Companies.
5. The Company does not have any plans to take Corporate action in the near future. The Company
will submit information disclosure on corporate actions to the public in accordance with the
applicable POJK.
6. Based on information from the majority shareholders, it is hereby conveyed that the majority
shareholders do not have any further strategic plans related to their share ownership in the
