(KDTN) mulai dibuka dan efektif beroperasi untuk umum
pertanggal 10 Oktober 2025. Adapun untuk Seremonial Acara
Pembukaan Resmi akan dilaksanakan kemudian hari dan
akan disampaikan pemberitahuannya sesuai ketentuan pasar
modal yang berlaku.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Operasional Swiss-Belexpress Rest Area KM 379A Ruas Tol
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Batang - Semarang tidak berdampak terhadap kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, operasional perseroan dan tidak berdampak terhadap
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau permasalahan hukum. Dampak terhadap keuangan perseroan
Perusahaan Publik adalah adanya peningkatan pendapatan dan beban
operasional atas beroperasinya hotel tersebut.
Keberadaan Xpress Hotel di Rest Area KM 379A Ruas Tol
Batang-Semarang memberikan dampak positif bagi
masyarakat sekitar melalui pembukaan lapangan pekerjaan
bagi warga lokal, kolaborasi dengan pelaku UMKM, serta
pelaksanaan program penghijauan di area sekitar hotel. Selain
itu, operasional hotel juga berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan
Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) Kabupaten Batang melalui
serapan pajak daerah, yang secara keseluruhan turut
mendukung pembangunan daerah dan menjaga
keberlangsungan usaha Perseroan.

business unit of PT Puri Sentul Permai Tbk (KDTN), has
opened its doors to the public on October 10, 2025. The official
opening ceremony will be held at a later date and will be
announced in accordance with applicable capital market
regulations.
Impact of event, material information or The operation of the Swiss-Belexpress Rest Area KM 379A of
facts towards Issuers or Public the Batang-Semarang Toll Road does not impact the
Company’s operational activities, legal, company's operations or legal issues. The financial impact will
