Sampai dengan saat ini, Perseroan belum
memiliki rencana untuk melakukan
tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat,
termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan
berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham
Perseroan di Bursa.

Untuk segala tindakan korporasi yang
akan datang, Perseroan akan melakukan
keterbukaan informasi ataupun melakukan
pemenuhan kewajiban lainnya sesuai
dengan ketentuan dan peraturan yang
berlaku di bidang pasar modal dan bursa
efek..

Lebih lanjut, saat ini Perseroan tidak
mengetahui rencana pemegang saham
pengendali dan/atau pemegang saham utama
terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di
Perseroan. Perseroan juga telah menanyakan
kepada pemegang saham mayoritas, dan
pemegang saham mayoritas telah
memberikan konfirmasi tidak ada rencana
transaksi tertentu dalam waktu dekat.

Dapat disimpulkan bahwa peningkatan
aktivitas transaksi dan harga saham
Perseroan yang terjadi pada periode 6-8
Oktober 2025 semuanya adalah murni
mekanisme pasar dan diluar kendali
manajemen Perseroan.

As of now, The Company does not have
any plans to conduct any corporate
actions in the near future, including
corporate plans that may result in the
listing of the Company's shares on ihe
Stock Exchange.

For any corporate actions in the future, the
Company will conduct information
disclosure or conduct any other obligations
in accordance with the prevailing laws and
regulations in the capital market and stock
exchange sectors. .

Furthermore, as of now, the Company does
not know any plans from the controlling
Shareholder and/or major  shareholder
regarding to their share ownership in the
Company. The company has also asked the
controlling shareholder, and it has confirmed
that there are no specific transaction plans in
the near future.

In conclusion, the increase in transaction
activities and the Company's shares price
which occurred on period of 6-8 October 2025
were mainly due to market mechanisms and
beyond the control of the Company's
management.

Accordingly this is conveyed. Thank you for
