September 2025 tentang Pelaksana Tugas Jabatan Direktur
Pengembangan Usaha Perusahaan Perseroan
(Persero) PT Pelabuhan Indonesia.
2. Tersebut butir 1 (satu) di atas, kami sampaikan bahwa
Pelaksana Tugas Direktur Pengembangan Usaha
Perusahaan Perseroan (Persero) PT Pelabuhan Indonesia
adalah Direktur Operasi PT Pelabuhan Indonesia
(Persero) yaitu Bapak Putut Sri Muljanto. Penunjukan
pelaksana tugas dimaksud mulai berlaku sampai dengan
terdapat keputusan pengisian jabatan Direktur Pengembangan
Usaha Perusahaan Perseroan (Persero) PT
Pelabuhan Indonesia yang definitif dari Rapat Umum
Pemegang Saham.

Indonesia (Persero) Number 89/DK/PI/IX-2025 dated
September 30, 2025 concerning the Acting Director of
Business Development of the Limited Liability Company
(Persero) PT Pelabuhan Indonesia.
2. In reference to point 1 (one) above, we hereby inform you
that the Acting Director of Business Development of the
Limited Liability Company (Persero) PT Pelabuhan Indonesia
is the Director of Operations of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia
(Persero), Mr. Putut Sri Muljanto. The appointment of the
acting officer shall be effective until a definitive decision is
made at the General Meeting of Shareholders to fill the
