penyitaan terhadap saham PT Tanjung Pinang Indah (anak
usaha Perseroan). Penyitaan tersebut dilakukan dalam rangka
proses hukum terkait perkara atas nama Benny Tjokrosaputro.
Sehubungan dengan penyitaan aset Perseroan untuk perkara
atas nama Teddy Tjokrosaputro telah dikembalikan kepada
Perseroan.
Perseroan senantiasa menghormati dan mendukung proses
hukum yang sedang berlangsung, serta akan terus
berkoordinasi dengan pihak berwenang sesuai dengan
ketentuan hukum yang berlaku.

Company). The seizure was carried out in the context of legal
proceedings related to the case on behalf of Benny
Tjokrosaputro.
In connection with the seizure of the Company's assets for the
case on behalf of Teddy Tjokrosaputro, it has been returned to
the Company.
The Company always respects and supports the ongoing legal
process, and will continue to coordinate with the authorities in
