6M 2026 FINANCIAL HIGHLIGHTS:
• Net Revenues surged 83.6% year-on-year to USD 5.3 billion, primarily driven by the Group’s significantly expanded operating scale
following the acquisition of Aster Chemicals and Energy in April 2025 and the Esso-branded retail fuel network in January 2026.
• The Group generated EBITDA of USD 802.6 million and Net Profit of USD 371.2 million, demonstrating continued earnings
contribution from its integrated Energy, Chemical, and Infrastructure platform. The underlying performance was further
supported by a more favorable margin environment amid market volatility arising from geopolitical developments in the Middle
East. The comparison against 6M2025 reflects an exceptionally high base due to the bargain purchase gain recognised from Aster
acquisition. Excluding this non-recurring gain, the Group continued to deliver strong operational and financial performance,
demonstrating the resilience and strength of its underlying business.
• The balance sheet remained strong, supported by USD 3.9 billion in Cash & Cash Equivalents pus Marketable Securities, as well
as the successful oversubscribed issuance under the IDR 6 trillion Shelf Registration Bond Program V. This provides the Group
with substantial liquidity and financial flexibility to support ongoing operations, capital investments, and future growth initiatives.
