PENGUMUMAN
Dengan senang hati kami umumkan bahwa BRPTDRPV5A telah dapat dilaksanakan pada tanggal 08
Oktober 2025 dan pemegang waran terstruktur berhak atas Jumlah Penyelesaian Tunai (per
BRPTDRPV5A) (jika jumlah tersebut lebih besar dari nol).
Harga Penyelesaian telah ditentukan pada IDR 3.926 sebagai rata-rata harga penutupan Saham BRPT di
Bursa Efek Indonesia untuk lima (5) hari bursa sebelum Tanggal Pelaksanaan.

ANNOUNCEMENT
We are pleased to announce that BRPTDRPV5A is exercised on 8th October 2025 ("Expiry Date") and the
structured warrant holders shall be entitled to the Cash Settlement Amount (per BRPTDRPV5A) (if the said
amount is greater than zero).
The Settlement Price has been determined at IDR 3.926 being the closing price of BRPT Shares on
Indonesia Stock Exchange for the five (5) bursa days prior to the Expiry Date.

= Number of Structured Warrant (Exercise Price – Settlement Price)
