Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Mantapkan Langkah Menjadi Perusahaan TIK Terbesar di
Indonesia
Jakarta, 29 Juli 2026, Perusahaan penyedia jasa konsultasi
dan solusi terpadu serta distribusi produk Teknologi Informasi
dan Komunikasi (TIK) terkemuka di Tanah Air, PT Metrodata
Electronics Tbk (MTDL) sukses mencatatkan kenaikan laba
dan pendapatan pada semester pertama tahun ini.
Perseroan mencatatkan pendapatan sebesar Rp13,6 triliun
pada semester pertama 2026, meningkat 16,7% YoY. Pada
periode yang sama tahun 2025, pendapatan MTDL tercatat
sebesar Rp11,7 triliun. Pendapatan tersebut mengantarkan
Perseroan pada perolehan laba sebesar Rp313,7 miliar, naik
6,6% YoY. Dimana pada semester pertama tahun 2025, laba
Perseroan tercatat sebesar Rp294,3 miliar.
Presiden Direktur MTDL, Susanto Djaja mengatakan,
Perseroan tetap membukukan pertumbuhan laba bersih di
tengah ketatnya persaingan pasar dan pengetatan belanja TIK
oleh pelanggan. Meskipun penjualan berhasil tumbuh dua
digit, kedua faktor tersebut menyebabkan pertumbuhan laba
bersih tercatat pada level satu digit,
Hingga saat ini Unit Bisnis Distribusi masih menjadi kontributor
utama pendapatan dengan perolehan sebesar Rp 10,5 triliun,
atau 76% dari total pendapatan Perseroan. Dengan perolehan
tersebut, pendapatan Unit Bisnis Distribusi kali ini tumbuh
22,0% YoY. Pertumbuhan pendapatan terutama ditopang oleh
peningkatan penjualan Smartphone serta PC & Notebook.
Sementara itu, Unit Bisnis Solusi dan Konsultasi mencatatkan
pendapatan sebesar Rp 3,4 triliun. Segmen ini terus
menunjukkan kualitas pendapatan yang semakin kuat,
tercermin dari kontribusi pendapatan berulang (recurring
revenue) yang mencapai 57,5% hingga semester I 2026,
dibandingkan 41,1% pada periode yang sama tahun 2025.
Pertumbuhan tersebut terutama didorong oleh layanan Cloud,
Business Application, dan Digital Business Platform.
Patut disyukuri bahwa order booking yang diterima Perseroan,
khususnya dari proyek-proyek berulang (recurring projects),
juga terus menunjukkan pertumbuhan, tambah Susanto.
Dengan kinerja positif yang terus diraih secara berkelanjutan
ini, MTDL semakin optimis memantapkan langkah menjadi
Perusahaan TIK terbesar di Indonesia. Untuk itu, Perseroan
akan meningkatkan fokus pada perluasan portofolio,
pendalaman interaksi dengan pelanggan, dan penguatan
bisnis yang menghasilkan pendapatan berulang.
Pada Unit Bisnis Solusi dan Konsultasi Digital, MTDL fokus
memperkuat bisnis solusi serta memperluas kolaborasi
dengan prinsipal baru. Di sisi lain, Unit Bisnis Distribusi Digital
akan mengoptimalkan portofolio produk dan solusi yang
dimiliki guna memperkuat kinerja.

Description of Material Information or Jakarta, July 29 2026, PT Metrodata Electronics Tbk (MTDL),
Facts a leading provider of integrated consulting and solutions
services, as well as distribution of Information and
Communication Technology (ICT) products in Indonesia,
successfully recorded an increase in profit and revenue in the
first half of this year.
The Company recorded revenue of IDR 13.6 trillion in the first
half of 2026, a 16.7% year-on-year increase. In the same
period in 2025, MTDLs revenue was IDR 11.7 trillion. This
revenue led to a profit of IDR 313.7 billion, a 6.6% year on
year increase. In the first half of 2025, the Company's profit
was IDR 294.3 billion.
MTDL President Director, Susanto Djaja stated, The Company
continued to deliver net profit growth despite intense market
competition and tighter customer spending on information and
communication technology (ICT). While the Company
successfully achieved double-digit sales growth, these market
conditions limited net profit growth to the single-digit range,
The Distribution Business Unit remains the primary revenue
contributor, generating IDR 10.5 trillion, or 76% of the
Companys total revenue. With these gains, the Distribution
Business Unit's revenue grew 22.0% YoY. Company's revenue
growth was primarily driven by stronger sales of Smartphones
and PCs & Notebooks.
Meanwhile, the Solutions and Consulting Business Unit
recorded revenue of IDR3.4 trillion. The segment continued to
strengthen the quality of its revenue, as reflected by recurring
revenue, which accounted for 57.5% of total revenue in the
first half of 2026, compared with 41.1% in the same period of
2025. This growth was primarily driven by the Cloud Services,
Business Applications, and Digital Business Platform offerings.
We are also pleased to see that the Company's order
bookings, particularly from recurring projects, have continued
to grow, Susanto added.
With this continued positive performance, MTDL is increasingly
optimistic in strengthening its position and advancing toward
its goal of becoming the largest ICT company in Indonesia. To
this end, the Company will increase its focus on expanding its
portfolio, deepening customer engagement, and strengthening
businesses that generate recurring revenue.
In its Digital Solutions and Consulting business, MTDL is
focused on strengthening its solutions business while
expanding collaborations with new principals. Meanwhile, its
Digital Distribution business will optimize its product and
solutions portfolio to further enhance business performance.
