c) Kapal Tunda (Tug Boat) bernama ASL Abadi 4
dengan harga jual sebesar Rp 4.900.000.000;
dan
d) Kapal Tunda (Tug Boat) bernama ASL Abadi 5
dengan harga jual sebesar Rp 4.900.000.000;.

(ekuivalen dengan USD 1.111.234 dengan kurs

a sale price of Rp 5,000,000,000;
b) Motor Vessel (Tug Boat) named ASL Abadi 3 with
a sale price of Rp 5,300,000,000;
c) Motor Vessel (Tug Boat) named ASL Abadi 4 with
a sale price of Rp 4,900,000,000; and
d) Motor Vessel (Tug Boat) named ASL Abadi 5 with
a sale price of Rp 4,900,000,000.

(equivalent into USD 1,111,234 with the convertion

kelangsungan usaha Perseroan memberikan nilai tambah kepada para pemegang
saham Perseroan dalam jangka panjang.
