Reko Dig merupakan salah satu proyek pertambangan tembaga dan emas terbesar di dunia yang berlokasi di Pakistan dan merupakan salah satu yang terbesar di dunia. Ruang lingkup pekerjaan dalam kontrak mencakup pembangunan fondasi beton pada fasilitas dry plant, wet plant dan infrastruktur non-proses, serta pelaksanaan pekerjaan detail earthworks. Estimasi nilai perolehan kontrak berdasarkan Perjanjian Pelaksanaan Awal adalah sebesar US$ 26,2 juta atau sebesar Rp 432 miliar dengan durasi proyek sekitar 10 bulan. Penandatanganan Perjanjian Pelaksanaan Awal ini merupakan wujud The Company together with Petrosea Solutions Pakistan (Private) Limited, which is 10096 owned by the Company, signed a Limited Notice to Proceed (“Initial Implementation Agreement”) with Reko Dig Mining Company (Private) Limited (“Reko Dig”), a mining company incorporated and existing under the laws of Pakistan, to provide EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) services. Reko Dig is one of the largest copper and gold mining project located in Pakistan and is among the largest in the world. The scope of work under the contract includes the construction of concrete foundations within the dry plant, wet plant and non-process infrastructure, as well as execution of detailed earthworks. The estimated contract value based on the Initial Implementation Agreement is US$26.2 million or approximately IDR 432 billion with @ project duration of approximately 10 months. This project is expected to have a positive impact on the Company and forms part of the Company's business development and international expansion, while also strengthening the Company's operations in the EPC sector. The Company consistently strives to create added value for all shareholders and other stakeholders. 5. | Keterangan lain- lain/Others: Proyek ini bukan merupakan suatu transaksi afiliasi dan benturan kepentingan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam POJK No. 42/POJK.04/2020 tentang Transaksi Afiliasi dan Transaksi Benturan Kepentingan dan bukan merupakan transaksi material sebagaimana dimaksud dalam POJK No. 17/POJK.04/2020 tentang Transaksi Material dan Perubahan Kegiatan Usaha. This project does not constitute an affiliated transaction nor a conflict of interest transaction as referred to in POJK No. 42/POJK.04/2020 regarding Affiliated Transactions and Conflict of Interest Transactions, and it does not constitute a material transaction as referred to in POJK No. 17/POJK.04/2020 regarding Material Transactions and Change of Business Activities.
