Brief Rundown of Event

1. Company video was played on Zoom before the event started.
2. The moderator opened the Public Expose session at 16:02 WIB by introducing the speakers and
resource persons from the Company's Management. She provided a brief presentation on
Permata Bank at a Glance.
3. Finance and Sharia Business Unit Director, Bapak Rudy Basyir Ahmad, continued the
presentation by providing information on Permata Bank's Strategic Framework and Financial
Performance in the First Half of 2025.
4. Chief of Treasury, Bapak Suryadi Ong, continued the presentation by providing an Overview of
Permata Bank's Journey.
5. Chief of Corporate Affairs & Sustainability, and Corporate Secretary, Ibu Katharine Grace,
continued the presentation by providing an update on Permata Bank's Latest Information.
6. The Q&A session was led by the moderator, who read out questions from attendees through the
Q&A facility on the Zoom Application, which were answered directly by the Company's
respective Management.

The following are the questions asked by participants and the answers given by the Company's
respective Management in this Incidental Public Expose, which are summarized from questions

Question: Does BNLI have any plans to increase its dividend payout ratio? Given that its CAR
(CAR) ratio of 33.5% is well above the regulatory and industry averages, what is a
sustainable dividend payout ratio in the next 3-5 years?

Answer:
Answered by Bapak Rudy Basyir Ahmad – Finance and Sharia Business Unit Director
Regarding dividend distribution, the Bank will focus on two main factors. The first factor
being a sustainable dividend distribution, or in other words a consistent and sustainable one.
The second factor relates to supporting the Bank’s capital for continued long-term growth.
Regarding dividend distribution for the 2025 fiscal year, we will naturally consider these two
main factors, and we will make a decision on that in due course.

Question:
Since the beginning of the year, BNLI shares have risen significantly and attracted much
investor interest. Does the company have any future stock split plans?

Answer:
Answered by Bapak Suryadi Ong – Chief of Treasury
Currently, the Company has not made any official decision or plans regarding a stock split,
and all corporate actions, such as stock splits, will be considered comprehensively. Should
any material decisions be made, we will certainly communicate them through official
channels.

Are there any funding or financing products resulting from the collaboration between
Permata Bank and Bangkok Bank?
