PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk telah memperoleh persetujuan
Uraian Informasi atau tertulis dari seluruh Bank Restrukturisasi, untuk melakukan
Fakta Material Penyelesaian Kewajiban Dipercepat dengan Keringanan atas
:
Utang Restrukturisasi PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk kepada
Description of Information 4 Bank Swasta.
or Material Facts Nilai total kewajiban yang dilunasi dari Penyelesaian Kewajiban
Dipercepat dengan Keringanan adalah sebesar IDR
248.242.046.671,- ; USD 159.063.678,- ; EUR 0,-
Selanjutnya, Perseroan membayarkan kepada 4 Bank Swasta
sebesar IDR 49.648.409.334,- : USD 31.812.736,- ; EUR 0,-
Sehingga keringanan pokok yang diperoleh oleh Perseroan
sebesar 80%.
Selain memperoleh keringanan pokok utang restrukturisasi,
Perseroan juga mendapatkan penghapusan atas utang bunga
dan denda bunga & pokok sebesar IDR 112.926.392.077,- ;
USD 18.751.655,- ; EUR 0,- kepada 4 Bank Swasta terhadap
transaksi ini.
Dengan terjadinya Penyelesaian Kewajiban Dipercepat dengan
Keringanan ini, sisa utang restrukturisasi Perseroan adalah
sebagai berikut:
Tranche A dengan total utang IDR 561.445.446.727; USD
122.492.082; EUR 811.238
Tranche B dengan total utang IDR 2.871.514.740.278;
USD 37.277.176 ; EUR 0,-
Tranche C dengan total utang IDR 3.716.696.597.877;
3 USD 618.859.102; EUR 4.063.799
PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk has obtained written approval
from all Restructuring Banks, to carry out Accelerated
Settlement of Obligations with Relief for PT Krakatau Steel
(Persero) Tbk's Restructured Debts to 4 Private Banks.
The total value of the Accelerated Settlement of Obligations
with Relief is IDR 248,242,046,671,- ; USD 159,063,678,- ; EUR
0,-
Furthermore, the Company paid IDR 49,648,409,334 to 4
Private Banks, - : USD 31,812,736, - ; EUR 0, -
So that the principal relief obtained by the Company is 80%
The Company also received a write-off of interest debt and
interest & principal penalties amounting to IDR
112,926,392,077,- ; USD 18,751,655,- ; EUR 0,- to 4 Private
Banks for this transaction.
With the occurrence of this Accelerated Settlement of
Obligations with Relief, the Company's remaining restructured
debt becomes:

Dengan efektifnya Penyelesaian Kewajiban Dipercepat dengan
Keringanan atas Utang Restrukturisasi PT Krakatau Steel
(Persero) Tbk akan menurunkan utang restrukturisasi
Perseroan hingga USD 174.293.251 dari total utang
restrukturisasi sebesar USD 1.396.913.405 (Kurs Rp 16.300),
atau turun hingga 12,5%
Dampak kejadian, Dengan penurunan outstanding utang restrukturisasi akan
informasi atau fakta menurunkan beban bunga Perseroan serta meringankan
material tersebut tekanan Cashflow Perseroan di masa depan
terhadap kegiatan Transaksi ini merupakan bagian dari transformasi menyeluruh
operasional, hukum, yang dilakukan oleh Perseroan, sekaligus mencerminkan
kondisi keuangan, atau dukungan perbankan terhadap keberlanjutan dan prospek
