The Ultimate Beneficial Owner of the Company is Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group
(SMFG”) through 10096 Shares ownership of Sumitomo Mitsui Banking
Corporation ("SMBC”), where SMBC owns 91.054 shares of PT Bank SMBC
Indonesia Tbk as the Controlling Shareholder of the Company
Yoshihiro Hyakutome was appointed for the interest of and representing SMFG as
the actual ultimate beneficial owner of the Company.
