Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk
melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam
waktu dekat, termasuk rencana korporasi
yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan
saham Perseroan di Bursa (paling tidak
dalam 3 bulan mendatang)?

Perseroan tidak memiliki rencana korporasi
dalam waktu dekat, termasuk rencana
korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap
pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa (paling
tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang).

Rencana pemegang saham utama terkait
dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di
Perseroan. Dalam hal ini, mohon kiranya
Corporate Secretary menanyakan terlebih
dahulu kepada pemegang saham utama
dalam menjawab konfirmasi tersebut.

Sampai dengan saat ini, tidak terdapat
rencana dari pemegang saham utama terkait
dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan.

The Company has no corporate plans in the
near future, including any corporate actions
that would affect the listing of the shares of
the Company on the Exchange (at least
within the next 3 months).

Plans of the major shareholder regarding
their share ownership in the Company. In
this regard, the Corporate Secretary is
kindly reguested to first confirm with the
major shareholder before providing a
response to this confirmation.

As of the date hereof, there is no plan
concerning the major  shareholder's
ownership in the Company.
