Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan membukukan kinerja solid pada paruh pertama
2026 dengan mencatat pertumbuhan pendapatan yang merata
di ketiga segmen bisnis, meskipun dihadapkan pada kondisi
makroekonomi yang menantang. Pendapatan Perseroan
tumbuh +21,0% secara tahunan menjadi Rp208,5 miliar, naik
dari Rp172,4 miliar pada 1H25. Laba bersih yang dapat
diatribusikan kepada pemegang saham (PATMI) tumbuh
+32,6% menjadi Rp8,0 miliar, mencerminkan manfaat
berkelanjutan dari investasi strategis yang dilakukan
sepanjang FY25 yang terus terlihat pada laba Perseroan.

segments despite a challenging macroeconomic environment.
Revenue grew +21.0% year-on-year to IDR 208,5 billion, up
from IDR 172.4 billion in 1H25. Net profit attributable to
shareholders (PATMI) grew +32.6% to IDR 8.0 billion,
reflecting continued benefits from strategic investments made
throughout FY25 flowing through to the Company's bottom line
