Repayment of the Principal of Moratelindo Shelf Registration Ijarah Sukuk I Phase III Year 2020 Series B. 3 | Uraian Informasi Information Description — Perseroan telah melakukan pembayaran pelunasan atas pokok Sukuk Ijarah Berkelanjutan I Moratelindo Tahap III Tahun 2020 Seri B sebesar Rp.56.150.000.000 (lima puluh enam miliar seratus lima puluh juta Rupiah) yang jatuh tempo pada tanggal 7 Oktober 2025. The Company has made Repayment of the Principal Of Moratelindo Shelf Registration Ijarah Sukuk I Phase III Year 2020 Series B IDR 56,150,000,000 (Fifty-six billion one hundred fifty million Rupiah) which mature on October 7, 2025. — Pelunasan Pokok Sukuk Ijarah Berkelanjutan | Moratelindo Tahap III Tahun 2020 Seri B dilakukan dengan metode transfer melalui rekening Perseroan pada Bank Nano Syariah ke rekening PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (“KSEI”) pada tanggal 3 Oktober 2025, dimana salinan bukti atas pelunasan pembayaran tersebut kami lampirkan bersamaan dengan surat ini.
