Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan telah memperoleh persetujuan dari Rapat Umum
Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa (RUPSLB) pada tanggal 01
Oktober 2025 untuk melakukan pengalihan Saham Treasuri
dengan mekanisme ditarik kembali dengan cara pengurangan
modal.
Sebelumnya, Modal Dasar Perseroan telah ditempatkan dan
disetor penuh 56,79% sejumlah 17.037.792.274 saham, atau
dengan nilai nominal seluruhnya sebesar Rp
1.703.779.227.400,00, sehingga untuk selanjutnya bunyi Pasal
4 ayat 2 Anggaran Dasar Perseroan menjadi sebagai berikut:

Approval of the transfer of treasury shares through a

Description of Material Information or The Company has obtained approval from the Extraordinary
Facts General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on October 1, 2025,
to transfer its Treasury Shares through a cancellation
mechanism by way of capital reduction.
Previously, the Companys Authorized Capital had been issued
and fully paid up at 56.79%, amounting to 17,037,792,274
shares, with a total nominal value of IDR
1,703,779,227,400.00.
Accordingly, Article 4 paragraph 2 of the Companys Articles of
Association shall henceforth read as follows:
From the Authorized Capital, 56.307% has been issued and
fully paid up, amounting to 16,892,391,185 shares, with a total
nominal value of IDR 1,689,239,118,500.00.
