        Elnusa’s Coiled Tubing Services Support the Enhancement of
                      National Oil and Gas Production
Jakarta, 2 October 2025 — PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA IDX: ELSA), a leading energy services company under Pertamina’s Upstream Subholding, continues to
strengthen its role in supporting Indonesia’s upstream oil and gas (O&G) operations. Through reliable, efficient, and value-added Coiled Tubing Services,
Elnusa reaffirms its commitment to contributing significantly to the sustainable increase of national oil and gas production and lifting.

Coiled Tubing (CTU) is a technology that utilizes a long, flexible, and continuous steel pipe that can be spooled and is highly adaptable. This technology is
widely applied in upstream O&G operations for various well interventions, including well services, fishing operations (retrieving tools dropped into the well),
stimulation, wireline logging, drilling, and production support without the need to shut in the well. These advantages make Coiled Tubing an effective
solution for maintaining uninterrupted production.

As one of its core competencies, Elnusa not only provides Coiled Tubing equipment rental but also operates the units professionally. This service delivers
efficient solutions for well maintenance and routine interventions in both onshore and offshore operations.

Since first operating CTU in 2011, Elnusa has placed workplace safety (HSSE) as its top priority, demonstrated by its record of zero Lost Time Incidents (LTI)
and more than 3.5 million safe man-hours. This commitment is further reinforced by strong governance practices and the integration of ESG principles,
including environmentally friendly waste management, empowerment of local workforce, and technological innovations to reduce carbon footprint.

A number of leading Production Sharing Contractors (PSCs) have entrusted Elnusa with Coiled Tubing Services, including Pertamina Hulu Mahakam (PHM),
Pertamina EP, Pertamina Hulu Sanga-Sanga (PHSS), Pertamina Hulu Energi Offshore North West Java (PHE ONWJ), and Pertamina Hulu Energi West Madura
Offshore (PHE WMO). This trust underscores Elnusa’s strategic role in sustaining national O&G operations.

Elnusa’s Director of Operations, Andri Haribowo, stated, “Elnusa’s competence in Coiled Tubing Services is on par with other international service providers
and has contributed significantly to the Pertamina Group and the national upstream O&G industry. This supports the Government’s Asta Cita program,
particularly in achieving energy security and self-sufficiency,” he said.

Currently, most of Indonesia’s O&G fields are in the mature phase and experiencing natural production decline. Through Coiled Tubing Services, Elnusa
provides solutions to sustain and even enhance production. For example, in Zone 9 of Regional 3 Kalimantan, which includes the PHSS, PEP Sangatta, PEP
Sangasanga, and PEP Tanjung working areas, most well maintenance activities utilize Elnusa’s CTU.

“There are numerous optimization opportunities from Coiled Tubing technology, enabling wells that have experienced decline due to downhole or
perforation issues to regain production capacity,” Andri added.

Some of Elnusa’s CTU technology implementations that support production enhancement include PCTGL (Permanent Coiled Tubing Gas Lift), Velocity Dual
Completion CTU, Sand Control Chemical Stimulation, PERTASOLVENT, and MicroCracking Stimulation. To capture growing market opportunities, Elnusa
currently operates five CTU units and is adding two new units through collaboration with a UK-based international fabrication brand, expected to be
operational by the end of 2025. In line with this, Elnusa is also strengthening human capital through the CTU School as a medium for knowledge transfer.
