On 2 October 2025, the Company has dismissed Mr. Carlo Clanchy Wibowo as the Head of Internal Audit Unit and appointed Mr. Marco Sebastian as the Head of Internal Audit Unit of the Company. Mr. Marco Sebastian's term of Office as the Head of the Company's Internal Audit Unit is effective on the date of appointment, which is 2 October 2025 until an indefinite period of time. Masa jabatan Bapak Marco Sebastian sebagai Kepala Unit Audit Internal Perseroan efektif pada tanggal pengangkatan, yaitu tanggal 2 Oktober 2025 sampai dengan waktu yang tidak terbatas.
