Description of Material Information or : The Company has received a resignation notice from
Facts Ms. Teh Han Yi from her position as Finance and
Corporate Services Director of the Company, through
the letter dated 1 October 2025.
The said resignation will be conveyed to obtain the
resolution in the General Meeting of Shareholders in
accordance with the prevailing regulations.
