Berdasarkan Surat PT Asia Investment Capital tertanggal 1 Oktober 2025 perihal Penyampaian Pengumuman Negosiasi sehubungan dengan Rencana Pengambilalihan PT Boston Furniture Industries Tbk yang telah diterima Perseroan, Perseroan menerima informasi negosiasi pengambilalihan sehubungan dengan rencana penjualan seluruh saham Hardy Satya, Yohan Satya, dan Dimas Adiyasa Wiryaatmaja sebagai pemegang saham Perseroan saat ini (secara bersama- sama disebut sebagai “Para Penjua?”) sejumlah 1.173.500.000 (satu miliar seratus tujuh puluh tiga juta lima ratus ribu) saham atau sebesar 70,9696 (tujuh puluh koma sembilan puluh enam persen) kepemilikan saham dalam Perseroan kepada PT Asia Investment Capital (disebut sebagai “Calon Pengendali Baru”) (“Rencana Pengambilalihan”). Saat proses Rencana Pengambilalihan masih dalam tahap menunggu hasil uji tuntas dan negosiasi komersial.
