Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Berdasarkan keputusan RUPSLB Anak Perusahaan PT
Jasuindo Informatika Pratama (JIP) pada tanggal 1 Oktober
2025, atas penambahan modal dasar dan modal disetor maka
dengan ini Perusahaan wajib untuk melakukan penyetoran
atas penambahan modal sebagaimana proporsi kepemilikan
pada JIP. Berikut skema penambahan modalnya :
PT Jasuindo Tiga Perkasa Tbk dan pemegang saham Yongky
Wijaya melakukan penambahan modal disetor. Sebelum
penambahan, total modal disetor adalah Rp500.000.000 dari
5.000.000 lembar saham. Setelah penambahan, total modal
disetor meningkat menjadi Rp2.500.000.000 dengan jumlah
saham yang beredar menjadi 25.000.000 lembar. Komposisi
kepemilikan saham tetap tidak berubah, di mana PT Jasuindo
Tiga Perkasa Tbk mempertahankan 99,96% saham,
sementara Yongky Wijaya tetap memiliki 0,04%.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak terdapat dampak signifikan atas penambahan setoran
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Anak Perusahaan terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum,

Description of Material Information or Based on the decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of
Facts Shareholders (EGM) of the Subsidiary PT Jasuindo
Informatika Pratama (JIP) on October 1, 2025, regarding the
increase in authorized and paid-up capital, the Company is
obligated to make a capital deposit for the capital increase in
accordance with its ownership proportion in JIP. The capital
increase scheme is as follows:
PT Jasuindo Tiga Perkasa Tbk and shareholder Yongky
Wijaya carried out an increase in paid-up capital. Prior to the
increase, the total paid-up capital was Rp500,000,000 from
5,000,000 shares. After the increase, the total paid-up capital
rose to Rp2,500,000,000 with the number of outstanding
shares becoming 25,000,000. The shareholding composition
remains unchanged, with PT Jasuindo Tiga Perkasa Tbk
maintaining 99.96% of the shares, while Yongky Wijaya retains
0.04%.
