     Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material     :   Pada tanggal 26 September 2025, Entitas Anak Perseroan yang sahamnya
                                                  dimiliki oleh Perseroan sebesar 99,998% yaitu PT Adhi Prakarsa Raya (“APR”)
     Description of Material Information or       dan PT Sumber Cahaya Raya (“SCR”) telah menandatangani perjanjian jual beli
     Facts                                        saham (“PJB”) dengan Denway Development Limited atas saham pada PT
                                                  Konutara Sejati (“KS”) dan PT Karyatama Konawe Utara (“KKU”) atas pengalihan
                                                  saham dengan rincian sebagai berikut:

                                                      1.   Pengalihan 240 lembar saham pada KS dari Denway Development
                                                           Limited .
                                                      2.   Pengalihan 276 lembar saham pada KKU dari Denway Development
                                                           Limited kepada APR.

                                                  Berdasarkan PJB, pengalihan saham tersebut akan berlaku efektif sejak
                                                  diterimanya Surat Penerimaan Pemberitahuan oleh Menteri Hukum Republik
                                                  Indonesia (“Menkum”). Pengalihan saham tersebut telah dilaporkan kepada
                                                  Menkum dan telah mendapatkan Penerimaan Pemberitahuan Perubahan Data
                                                  Perseroan dari Menkum pada tanggal 29 September 2025.

                                                  Selanjutnya, berdasarkan Perjanjian Pengikatan Jual Beli Saham Bersyarat yang
                                                  dibuat antara SCR, APR, dan Denway Development Limited tanggal 19 Agustus
                                                  2025 dan sebagaimana telah diungkapkan dalam Keterbukaan Informasi dan
                                                  Perubahan dan/atau Tambahan Keterbukaan Informasi Perseroan tanggal 23

                                                  September 2025 yang telah disetujui oleh Pemegang Saham Perseroan pada
                                                  Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa pada tanggal 25 September 2025,
                                                  kewajiban pembayaran penuh atas pelaksanaan pengalihan saham di atas
                                                  dilakukan paling lambat 31 Januari 2026 atau pada waktu lain yang disetujui
                                                  oleh SCR, APR, dan Denway Development Limited.

                                                  On September 26th, 2025, subsidiaries of the Company which shares are owned
                                                  99.998% by the Company, PT Adhi Prakarsa Raya (“APR”) and PT Sumber
                                                  Cahaya Raya (“SCR”), have signed the sales and purchase agreement (“SPA”)
                                                  with Denway Development Limited for shares of PT Konutara Sejati (“KS”) and
                                                  PT Karyatama Konawe Utara (“KKU”) pursuant to transfer of shares with the
                                                  following details:

                                                      1.   Transfer of 240 shares in KS from Denway Development Limited to SCR.
                                                      2.   Transfer of 276 shares in KKU from Denway Development Limited to
                                                           APR.

                                                  Based on the SPA, the transfer of shares will be effective upon receipt of the
                                                  Notification Receipt from the Minister of Law of the Republic of Indonesia
                                                  ("MOL"). The transfer of shares has been reported to the MOL and has received
                                                  a Notification Receipt of Change of Company Data from the MOL on 29
                                                  September 2025.

                                                        Furthermore, based on the Conditional Share Purchase Agreement made
                                                        between SCR, APR, and Denway Development Limited dated 19 August 2025
                                                        and as disclosed in the Company's Information Disclosure and Amendment
                                                        and/or Supplement to the Company's Information Disclosure dated 23
                                                        September 2025 which has been approved by the Company's Shareholders at
                                                        the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 25 September 2025, the
                                                        full payment obligation for the exercise of the above share transfer is made no
                                                        later than 31 January 2026 or at such other time as may be approved by SCR,
                                                        APR, and Denway Development Limited.

                                                        sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor
                                                        17/POJK.04/2020 Tahun 2020 tentang Transaksi Material dan Perubahan
                                                        Kegiatan Usaha yang sebelumnya telah mendapatkan persetujuan dari pada
                                                        Pemegang Saham Perseroan melalui Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa
                                                        pada tanggal 25 September 2025.

                                                        The transaction is not classified as an affiliated transaction or a conflict of
                                                        interest transaction as referred to in the Financial Services Authority Regulation
                                                        Number 42/POJK.04/2020 of 2020 concerning Affiliated Transactions and
                                                        Conflict of Interest Transactions. This transaction constitutes as a Material
                                                        Transaction as referred to in Financial Services Authority Regulation Number
                                                        17/POJK.04/2020 of 2020 concerning Material Transactions and Business
                                                        Activity Changes and has received prior approval from the Shareholders of the
                                                        Company through the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on
                                                        September 25, 2025.
