Berdasarkan Ketentuan III.I.4 dari Peraturan Nomor I-E yang merupakan lampiran dari Keputusan Direksi
Bursa Efek Jakarta No. Kep-306/BEJ/07-2004 tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi, bersama ini kami
sampaikan penjelasan dan perubahan lebih dari 20% pada Aset dan Liabilitas Laporan Keuangan per 30 Juni
2026 dengan pembanding Laporan Keuangan per 31 Desember 2025.
Reffering to Provision III.I.4 of Regulation Number I-E which is an annex to the Decree of the Board of
Directors of the Jakarta Stock Exchange No. Kep-306/BEJ/07-2004 concerning the obligation to Submit
Information, we hereby submit an explanation and amendment of more than 20% to the Assets and Liabilities
of the Financial Statement as of June 30, 2026 with comparison of the Financial Statement as of December
31,2025.

Uang Muka Pembelian Aktiva Tetap
Advances for purchases of fixed assets
Pada akun Uang Muka Pembelian Aktiva Tetap terjadi kenaikan sebesar 200% dari periode sebelumnya yang
disebabkan penambahan uang muka untuk pembelian asset Perseroan.
In the Fixed Asset Purchase Advance account, there was an increase of 200% from the previous period due to
the addition of advance payments for the purchase of the Company's assets.

Trade Payable
Akun Utang Usaha mengalami penurunan sebesar 34.14% dikarenakan Perseroan telah melunasi sebagian besar
Utang Supplier
Accounts Payable decreased by 34.14% because the Company had paid off most of its trade payable
Uang Muka Penjualan
Contract Liabilities
Akun Uang Muka Penjualan mengalami kenaikan sebesar 201.59% dari periode sebelumnya. Terjadi
kenaikan atas uang muka penjualan ini dikarenakan karena meningkatnya pembayaran uang muka atas unit
subsidi dan komersil dan meningkatnya jumlah akad atas unit komersil.
Contract Liabilities increased by 201.59% compared to the previous period. This increase in contract liabilities
was due to increased down payments on subsidized and commercial units and an increase in the number of
contracts for commercial units.
