Apakah Perseroan memiliki untuk
melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat,
termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat
terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa
(paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang)?

Jawab:

Sampai dengan saat ini, Manajemen Perseroan belum
memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi

rencana

dalam waktu dekat yang dapat berakibat terhadap
pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa. Namun demikian,
Perseroan tidak menutup kemungkinan untuk melihat
peluang yang ada dalam pengembangan usaha dimana
implementasinya mensyaratkan adanya aksi korporasi.

- Rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan

kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan. Dalam hal ini
Corporate Secretary agar menanyakan terlebih
dahulu kepada pemegang saham utama dalam
menjawab konfirmasi tersebut.

Perseroan belum mempunyai rencana tertentu terkait

Does the Company have any plans to take
corporate actions in the near future, including
Proposed corporate action that will affect to the
listing of the Company's shares in the Stock
Exchange (at least in the next 3 months)?

Response:

Until now, the Company's Management does not have
any plans to carry out corporate actions in the near
future that may affect to the listing of the Company's
shares in the Stock Exchange. However, the Company
does not rule out the possibilities to pursue business
opportunities that will reguire corporate action in their
implementation.

The plan of major shareholders regarding their
shares ownership in the Company. In this case,
the Corporate Secretary is encouraged to confirm

with the majority shareholders in giving
confirmation.
Response:

of the Company have no plan regarding their shares
ownership in the Company.
