Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Laporan atas Transaksi Material yaitu berupa penerimaan
fasilitas pembiayaan dari PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur
(Persero) (SMI) kepada SRAJ sebagaimana dalam Akta
Perjanjian Kredit No 250 tertanggal 20 Juni 2024 yang dibuat
dihadapan Jimmy Tanal, S.H., M.Kn Notaris di Jakarta Selatan
(Transaksi) yang bertujuan untuk pembayaran pokok Obligasi
Sejahteraraya Anugrah Jaya Tahun 2022 seri A sebesar
Rp407.900.000.000,- (empat ratus tujuh miliar sembilan ratus
juta Rupiah) yang akan jatuh tempo pada tanggal 7 Oktober
2025.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Transaksi ini tidak berdampak negatif pada Kondisi Keuangan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Perusahaan namun akan memberikan dampak positif bagi
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, strategi keuangan dan operasional Perusahaan di kemudian
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau hari.

Facts financing facilities from PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero)
(SMI) to SRAJ as stated in the Credit Agreement Deed No.
250 dated June 20, 2024 made before Jimmy Tanal, S.H.,
M.Kn Notary in South Jakarta (Transaction) which aims to pay
the principal of the 2022 Sejahteraraya Anugrah Jaya Bonds
series A amounting to IDR 407,900,000,000,- (four hundred
seven billion nine hundred million Rupiah) which will mature on
October 7, 2025.
Impact of event, material information or his transaction does not have a negative impact on the
facts towards Issuers or Public Company's Financial Condition but will have a positive impact
Company’s operational activities, legal, on the Company's financial and operational strategies in the
financial condition, or going concern future.
