Appointment of Public Accounting Firm (“KAP”) and Public Accountant (“AP”). 3. | Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material / Description of Material Fact of Information Menindaklanjuti keputusan Pemegang Saham Perseroan dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan Perseroan pada tanggal 16 Juni 2025, serta berdasarkan rekomendasi Komite Audit Perseroan dalam penunjukan KAP dan AP dan Keputusan Tertulis Dewan Komisaris Perseroan terkait, dengan ini kami informasikan bahwa pada tanggal 25 September 2025, manajemen telah menyetujui penunjukan KAP Mirawati Sensi Idris dan AP Maria Leckzinska untuk melakukan audit atas Laporan Keuangan Konsolidasian Perseroan dan entitas anak untuk tahun buku yang berakhir pada 31 Desember 2025.
