Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Berdasarkan keputusan Rapat Direksi Perseroan No.
01178/0925/UIC-DIR tertanggal 08 September 2025 yang
telah disetujui oleh Dewan Komisaris Perseroan dalam
Keputusan No. 01179/0925/UIC-KOM tertanggal 26
September 2025, diputuskan Perseroan akan melakukan
pembagian Dividen Interim tahun buku 2025. Dividen Interim
yang akan dibagikan adalah sebesar Rp. 82.416.243.045,-
yang akan dibagikan kepada 383.331.363 saham Perseroan
atau setara dengan Rp. 215,- per saham. Adapun jadwal
pembagian dividen interim Adalah sebagai berikut:
- Cum Dividen di Pasar Reguler & Negosiasi : 07 Oktober
2025
- Cum Dividen di Pasar Tunai : 09 Oktober 2025
- Ex Dividen di Pasar Regular & Negosiasi : 08 Oktober 2025

Description of Material Information or Based on the decision of the Company's Directors Meeting No.
Facts 01178/0925/UIC-DIR dated September 8, 2025 which has
been approved by the Board of Commissioners of the
Company in Decree No. 01179/0925/UIC-KOM dated
September 26, 2025, it was decided that the Company will
distribute the Interim Dividend for the year 2025. The Interim
Dividend to be distributed is Rp. 82,416,243,045,- which will be
distributed to 383,331,363 shares of the Company or
equivalent to Rp. 215,- per share. The schedule for distribution
of interim dividends is as follows:
