Fakta Material Bank Public Company Limited (sebagai entitas induk
Perseroan), Bapak Abdy Dharma Salimin, yang
menjabat sebagai Direktur, akan ditugaskan ke
Bangkok Bank untuk menjalankan peran yang telah
ditentukan dalam organisasi tersebut. Terkait
dengan hal tersebut, Perseroan telah menerima
surat pengunduran diri beliau pada jabatannya
sebagai Direktur Perseroan pada tanggal 28
September 2025.
Selanjutnya untuk memenuhi ketentuan Pasal 8 ayat
(3) POJK 33/2014, keputusan atas penerimaan
pengunduran diri Bapak Abdy Dharma Salimin dari
jabatannya sebagai Direktur Perseroan akan
dilaksanakan dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang
Soham Luar Biasa (RUPSLB) yang akan
dilaksanakan tanggal 30 September 2025.
In line with the strategic direction of Bangkok Bank
Public Company Limited Group (as the parent entity
of the Company), Mr. Abdy Dharma Salimin, who
currently serves as Director, will be assigned to
Bangkok Bank to carry out a designated role within
the organization. Accordingly, the Company
received his resignation letter from his position as
Director of the Company on 28 September 2025.
Description of Material Furthermore, to comply with the provisions of Article
Fact or Information 8 paragraph (3) of OJK Regulation No. 33/2014, the
