(POJK) Number 29 of 2023 concerning the Buyback of Shares
Issued by Public Companies and as a follow-up to the
resolutions of the Extraordinary General Meeting of
Shareholders of PT M Cash Integrasi Tbk held on September
26, 2024, we hereby submit the Report on the Implementation
of the Companys Share Buyback for the period of September
26, 2024 to September 25, 2025.
For your information, the Company has fulfilled its obligation to
submit the Share Buyback Implementation Reports on January
7, 2025 and July 1, 2025 in accordance with the prevailing
regulations.
