Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PT Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk (Perseroan) dengan ini
menyampaikan keterbukaan informasi bahwa pada tanggal 25
September 2025, pemegang saham pengendali Perseroan
telah melakukan penjualan atas kepemilikan saham EPMT
sebanyak 5.500.000 lembar saham biasa dengan harga
Rp2.400 per saham. Dengan adanya transaksi tersebut,
kepemilikan saham pengendali berkurang dari 2.496.785.795
lembar (92,18%) menjadi 2.491.285.795 lembar (91,98%).
Transaksi ini dilakukan dalam rangka pemenuhan ketentuan
free-float, dengan status kepemilikan tetap langsung serta
pemegang saham pengendali tetap mempertahankan
pengendaliannya atas Perseroan.

Facts discloses that on September 25, 2025, the Company
controlling shareholder executed a sale of EPMT shares
amounting to 5,500,000 common shares at a price of IDR
2,400 per share. Following this transaction, the ownership
decreased from 2,496,785,795 shares (92.18%) to
2,491,285,795 shares (91.98%). The transaction was
conducted to comply with the free-float requirement, with the
ownership status remaining direct and the controlling
shareholder maintaining control over the Company.
