Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk
melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu
dekat, termasuk rencana korporasi yang
akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham
Perseroan di Bursa (paling tidak dalam 3
bulan mendatang)?

Tanggapan :

Sesuai dengan bidang usaha utama yang
dijalankan, Perseroan dan Entitas Anak
memiliki rencana untuk terus melakukan
pengembangan usaha untuk meningkatkan
kinerja Perseroan, antara lain melalui
pengembangan atas lahan-lahan strategis
seperti proyek Tanrise City di di Bandung,
Tanrise City di Sidoarjo, Kawasan Industri di
Banjarbaru, Kalimantan dan kawasan resor
Taman Dayu, serta perolehan dan
pengembangan lahan baru lainnya yang
strategis dan prospektif. Sampai dengan
tanggal surat ini, manajemen Perseroan
masih melakukan kajian atas berbagai
alternatif dalam melakukan skema
pendanaan yang terbaik atas rencana
pengembangan usaha Perseroan dan/atau
entitas anak tersebut, dan sampai tanggal
Surat ini belum terdapat rencana definitif

Perseroan untuk melakukan tindakan
korporasi dalam waktu dekat. Dalam hal
Perseroan akan melakukan tindakan
korporasi yang berakibat terhadap
pencatatan saham perseroan di Bursa,
Perseroan senantiasa akan

melaksanakannya sesuai dengan ketentuan
dan peraturan yang berlaku di pasar modal
termasuk peraturan OJK dan peraturan
Bursa.

Apakah terdapat rencana pemegang saham
utama terkait dengan kepemilikan
sahamnya di Perseroan? Dalam hal ini,

5. Does the Company have plans to undertake

corporate actions in the near future,
including corporate plans that will result in
the listing of the Company's shares on the
Stock Exchange (at least in the next 3
months)?

Response :

In accordance with the main business fields
carried out, the Company and its Subsidiaries
have plans to continue to develop their
business to improve the Company's
performance, including through — the
development of strategic land such as the
Tanrise City project in Bandung, Tanrise City
in Sidoarjo, the Industrial Estate in
Banjarbaru, Kalimantan and the Taman
Dayu resort area, as well as the acguisition
and development of other new strategic and
prospective land. As of the date of this letter,
the Companys management is still
reviewing various alternatives in
implementing the best funding scheme for
the Company's and/or its subsidiaries"
business development plans, and as of the
date of this letter, there are no definitive
plans for the Company to undertake
corporate actions in the near future. In the
event that the Company will undertake
corporate actions that result in the listing of
the Companys shares on the Stock
Exchange, the Company will always carry
them out in accordance with the provisions
and regulations applicable in the capital
market including OJK regulations and Stock
Exchange regulations.
