Merujuk pada surat No. S-2108/PM.212/2025 tanggal 24
September 2025, Perihal Konfirmasi Keterlambatan
Penyampaian Laporan Realisasi Penggunaan Jasa AP dan
KAP untuk LKT 2024 PT Indah Prakasa Sentosa Tbk, maka
sehubungan dengan hal tersebut diatas, penyampaian
Laporan Tahunan dan Laporan Keberlanjutan 2024
mengalami keterlambatan Adapun keterlambatan
penyampaian laporan dimaksud terjadi karena adanya
kelalaian internal dalam proses administrasi, di mana laporan
telah disusun namun terlewat untuk dikirimkan kepada Otoritas
Jasa Keuangan sesuai dengan batas waktu yang telah
ditetapkan. Kami menyadari bahwa hal ini merupakan bentuk
ketidaksesuaian terhadap kewajiban pelaporan, dan kami
menyampaikan permohonan maaf atas kelalaian tersebut.

Confirmation of the Delay in Submitting the Report on the
Type of Material Information or Facts Realization of the Use of AP and KAP Services for the 2024

Description of Material Information or Referring to letter No. S-2108/PM.212/2025 dated September
Facts 24, 2025, regarding Confirmation of the Delay in Submitting
the Report on the Realization of the Use of Public Accounting
Firm (AP) and Public Accounting Firm (KAP) Services for the
2024 Financial Statement (LKT) of PT Indah Prakasa Sentosa
Tbk, in connection with the aforementioned matters, the
submission of the 2024 Annual Report and Sustainability
Report has been delayed. The delay in submission of the
reports occurred due to internal negligence in the
administrative process, where the reports were prepared but
failed to be submitted to the Financial Services Authority (OJK)
within the established deadline. We acknowledge that this
constitutes a violation of reporting obligations, and we
apologize for this omission.
