CENTEX PT. CENTURY TEXTILE INDUSTRY Tbk KETERBUKAAN INFORMASI MENGENAI HASIL PELAKSANAAN PENAWARAN TENDER SUKARELA YANG DILAKUKAN OLEH PENFABRIC SDN. BERHAD UNTUK SAHAM YANG DIMILIKI OLEH PEMEGANG SAHAM DARI PT CENTURY TEXTILE INDUSTRY TBK Dalam rangka perubahan status PT Century Textile Industry Tbk (“Perseroan”) dari perusahaan terbuka menjadi perusahaan tertutup, termasuk rencana pembatalan pencatatan (delisting) saham Perseroan dari Bursa Efek Indonesia, Penfabric Sdn. Berhad, suatu perusahaan yang didirikan dan tunduk kepada hukum dan peraturan perundang-undangan negara Malaysia (“Penfabric”) telah melakukan penawaran tender sukarela atas sebanyak-banyaknya sejumlah 72.222.000 (tujuh puluh dua juta dua ratus dua puluh dua ribu) saham atau 36,110 (tiga puluh enam koma satu satu persen) kepemilikan saham di Perseroan (“Penawaran Tender Sukarela”). Guna memenuhi ketentuan III.3.2.5. Peraturan Bursa Efek Indonesia Nomor I-N tentang Pembatalan Pencatatan (Delisting) dan Pencatatan Kembali (Relisting), Lampiran Surat Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Nomor Kep-00054/BEI/05- 2024, maka dengan ini Perseroan menyampaikan hasil pelaksanaan Penawaran Tender Sukarela yang telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal: 1. 17 Desember 2024 sampai dengan 15 Januari 2025 yang telah diselesaikan pada tanggal 24 Januari 2025 2. 16 Januari 2025 sampai dengan 14 Februari 2025 yang telah diselesaikan pada tanggal 26 Februari 2025 3. 17 Februari 2025 sampai dengan 14 Maret 2025 yang telah diselesaikan pada tanggal 26 Maret 2025 4. 15 Juli 2025 sampai dengan 12 September 2025 yang telah diselesaikan pada tanggal 24 September 2025. yaitu sebagai berikut: INFORMATION DISCLOSURE REGARDING THE RESULT OF VOLUNTARY TENDER OFFER CONDUCTED BY PENFABRIC SDN. BERHAD FOR THE SHARES OWNED BY THE SHAREHOLDERS OF PT CENTURY TEXTILE INDUSTRY TBK In relation to the change of status of PT Century Textile Industry Tbk (the "Company") from a public company to a private company, including the delisting of shares of the Company from the Indonesia Stock Exchange, Penfabric Sdn. Berhad, a company duly incorporated and existing under the laws of Malaysia (“Penfabric”) has conducted voluntary tender offer of a maximum of 72,222,000 (seventy two million two hundred and twenty two thousand) shares or 36.114 (thirty six point one one percent) of share ownership in the Company (Voluntary Tender Ofter”) In order to fulfil the provision 11l.3.2.5. of the Indonesia Stock Exchange Regulation Number I-N concerning Delisting and Relisting, Attachment to the Decree of the Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Number Kep-00054/BEI//05-2024, the Company hereby submit the results of the Voluntary Tender Offer that had been conducted on: 1. 17 December 2024 until 15 January 2025 that had been settled on 24 January 2025 2. 16 January 2025 until 14 February 2025 that had been settled on 26 February 2025 3. 17 February 2025 until 14 March 2025 that had been settled on 26 March 2025 4. 15 July 2025 until 12 September 2025 that has been settled on 24 September 2025. which are as follows:
