selaku Calon Direktur Utama PT Clipan Finance Indonesia Tbk
tanggal 24 Juli 2026 dan diterima oleh Perseroan tanggal
28Juli 2026, lampiran Surat Persetujuan OJK
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta a) Dengan telah disetujuinya Bapak Jahja Anwar sebagai
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Direktur Utama Perseroan, maka Perseroan wajib melakukan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, penyesuaian dokumen Perseroan yang diperlukan terkait
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau persetujuan Bapak Jahja Anwar;
Perusahaan Publik b) Bapak Jahja Anwar telah sah dan dapat bertindak untuk
dan atas nama Perseroan baik di dalam maupun di luar
pengadilan sebagaimana diatur dalam Anggaran Dasar
Perseroan.

Description of Material Information or Director of the Company, namely Mr Jahja Anwar has met the
Facts requirements and was approved to become a President
Director as set forth in the Decision of the Members of the
Board of Directors of the Financial Services Authority No. KEP-
156/PL.02/2026 on the Results of the Fit and Proper Test of
Mr Jahja Anwar as Candidate for President Director of PT
Clipan Finance Indonesia Tbk dated July 24, 2026, and
received by the Company on July 28, 2026, attached to the
OJK Approval Letter.
Impact of event, material information or a) With the approval of Mr Jahja Anwar as the President
facts towards Issuers or Public Directors of the Company, the Company shall make the
Company’s operational activities, legal, necessary adjustments to the Company's documents related to
financial condition, or going concern the approval of Mr Jahja Anwar;
b) Mr Jahja Anwar is authorised and able to act for and on
behalf of the Company both inside and outside the court as
stipulated in the Company's Articles of Association.
