Kemudahan Impor Tujuan Ekspor (KITE) dari Direktorat
Jenderal Bea dan Cukai, Kementerian Keuangan RI.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Perolehan fasilitas KITE oleh PT Zyrexindo Mandiri Buana Tbk
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan memberikan dampak material yang signifikan terhadap
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, operasional, aspek hukum, kondisi keuangan, dan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau kelangsungan usaha perusahaan. Dari sisi operasional,
Perusahaan Publik pembebasan bea masuk dan pajak atas impor bahan baku
serta komponen menjadikan proses produksi lebih efisien dan
memangkas biaya, sehingga perusahaan dapat meningkatkan
volume dan daya saing produk ekspor. Pada aspek hukum,
fasilitas ini merupakan bentuk pengakuan atas kepatuhan
perusahaan terhadap ketentuan ekspor dan regulasi
pemerintah, meskipun di sisi lain menuntut Zyrexindo tetap
menjaga tata kelola dan kepatuhan terhadap pemanfaatan
fasilitas tersebut agar tidak menimbulkan konsekuensi hukum
di masa depan. Secara keuangan, manfaat ini langsung
berdampak pada penurunan biaya produksi, perbaikan arus
kas, dan potensi pertumbuhan margin laba karena harga
produk Zyrex menjadi lebih kompetitif di pasar internasional.
Lebih jauh lagi, fasilitas KITE memperkuat kelangsungan
usaha perusahaan dengan memberikan landasan yang kokoh
untuk ekspansi pasar global, mengurangi ketergantungan
pada pasar domestik, serta membuka peluang kemitraan dan
investasi baru, sehingga perusahaan semakin mampu
bersaing dan terus tumbuh dalam jangka panjang.

Description of Material Information or PT Zyrexindo Mandiri Buana Tbk (ZYRX) obtained an Export
Facts Import Facility (KITE) from the Directorate General of Customs
and Excise, Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia.
Impact of event, material information or The acquisition of the KITE facility by PT Zyrexindo Mandiri
facts towards Issuers or Public Buana Tbk has had a significant material impact on the
Company’s operational activities, legal, company's operations, legal aspects, financial condition, and
financial condition, or going concern business continuity. From an operational perspective, the
exemption from import duties and taxes on raw materials and
components makes the production process more efficient and
reduces costs, allowing the company to increase the volume
