Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Berdasarkan ketentuan pada Tranche A & Tranche B
Perjanjian Perdamaian yang telah disahkan oleh Majelis
Hakim pada Pengadilan Niaga pada Pengadilan Negeri
Jakarta Pusat dengan nomor perkara No. 497/Pdt.Sus-
PKPU/2021/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst tertanggal 28 Juni 2022 yang
telah berkekuatan hukum tetap dan berlaku efektif sejak
tanggal 20 September 2022 sesuai Putusan Mahkamah Agung
Republik Indonesia No.1455 K/Pdt.Sus-Pailit/2022 (Perjanjian
Perdamaian), WSBP telah melakukan pembayaran CFADS
Tahap VI sebesar Rp 110.750.156.425,- (seratus sepuluh
miliar tujuh ratus lima puluh juta seratus lima puluh enam ribu
empat ratus dua puluh lima rupiah) pada tanggal 25
September 2025 dengan rincian sebagai berikut:
1. Sebesar Rp3.266.064.567,- (tiga miliar dua ratus
enam puluh enam juta enam puluh empat ribu lima ratus enam
puluh tujuh rupiah) yang merupakan pembayaran kupon
Obligasi Waskita Beton Precast I dan II Tahun 2022;
2. Sebesar Rp36.878.190.162,- (tiga puluh enam miliar
delapan ratus tujuh puluh delapan juta seratus sembilan puluh
ribu seratus enam puluh dua rupiah) yang merupakan
pembayaran bunga kepada Kreditur Finansial (Perbankan);
3. Sebesar Rp 70.605.901.696,- (tujuh puluh miliar
enam ratus lima juta sembilan ratus satu ribu enam ratus
sembilan puluh enam rupiah) yang merupakan pembayaran
CFADS Tahap VI kepada Kreditur Dagang (Kreditur Dagang
Aktif dan Kreditur Dagang Terdahulu).
Dalam pembayaran CFADS Tahap VI tersebut terdapat
alokasi atas dana hasil lelang aset Perseroan (asset disposal)
yang telah dijalankan pada tanggal 25 April 2025. Adapun
dana yang dialokasikan sebesar Rp 1.586.526.937,- (satu
miliar lima ratus delapan puluh enam juta lima ratus dua puluh
enam ribu sembilan ratus tiga puluh tujuh rupiah) dengan
detail sebagai berikut:
1. Sebesar Rp 1.263.496.635,- (satu miliar dua ratus
enam puluh tiga juta empat ratus sembilan puluh enam ribu
enam ratus tiga puluh lima rupiah) merupakan porsi
pembayaran pokok kepada Kreditur Finansial (Perbankan)
yang telah dibayarkan pada 25 September 2025;
2. Sebesar Rp 167.787.019,- (seratus enam puluh tujuh
juta tujuh ratus delapan puluh tujuh ribu sembilan belas rupiah)
merupakan porsi pembayaran kepada Kreditur Dagang
(Kreditur Dagang Aktif dan Kreditur Dagang Terdahulu) yang
telah dibayarkan pada 25 September 2025;
3. Sebesar Rp113.929.951,- (seratus tiga belas juta
sembilan ratus dua puluh sembilan ribu sembilan ratus lima
puluh satu rupiah) merupakan porsi pembayaran pokok
Obligasi Waskita Beton Precast I dan II Tahun 2022 (Belum
dilakukan distribusi dan masuk ke dalam sinking fund);
4. Sebesar Rp41.313.332,- (empat puluh satu juta tiga
ratus tiga belas ribu tiga ratus tiga puluh dua rupiah)
merupakan porsi pembayaran kepada PT Bank DKI selaku
Kreditur Finansial Lainnya (Belum dilakukan distribusi dan
masuk ke dalam sinking fund).
WSBP akan melaksanakan pembayaran CFADS tahap
berikutnya pada tanggal 25 Maret 2026.

Description of Material Information or Based on the provisions of Tranche A & Tranche B of the
Facts Peace Agreement which has been ratified by the Panel of
Judges at the Commercial Court at the Central Jakarta District
Court with case number No. Based on Decision No.
497/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2021/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst dated June 28,
2022, which has permanent legal force and is effective as of
September 20, 2022, in accordance with the Supreme Court of
the Republic of Indonesia Decision No. 1455 K/Pdt.Sus-
Pailit/2022 (Settlement Agreement), WSBP has made a
CFADS Phase VI payment of IDR 110,750,156,425 (one
hundred ten billion seven hundred fifty million one hundred
fifty-six thousand four hundred twenty-five rupiah) on
September 25, 2025, with the following details:
1. IDR 3,266,064,567 (three billion two hundred sixty-six
million sixty-four thousand five hundred sixty-seven rupiah),
which represents the coupon payment for the 2022 Waskita
Beton Precast Bonds I and II;
2. IDR 36,878,190,162 (thirty-six billion eight hundred seventy-
eight million one hundred ninety thousand one hundred and
sixty-two rupiah) representing interest payments to Financial
Creditors (Banking);
3. IDR 70,605,901,696 (seventy billion six hundred five million
nine hundred one thousand six hundred and ninety-six rupiah)
representing CFADS Phase VI payments to Trade Creditors
(Active Trade Creditors and Previous Trade Creditors).
The CFADS Phase VI payment includes an allocation of funds
from the Company's asset disposal auction conducted on April
25, 2025. The allocated funds amount to IDR 1,586,526,937
(one billion five hundred eighty-six million five hundred twenty-
six thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven rupiah), with the
following details:
1. IDR 1,263,496,635 (one billion two hundred sixty-three
million four hundred ninety-six thousand six hundred and thirty-
five rupiah) represents the principal payment to Financial
Creditors (Banking), which was paid on September 25, 2025;
2. IDR 167,787,019 (one hundred sixty-seven million seven
hundred eighty-seven thousand nineteen rupiah) represents
the payment to Trade Creditors (Active Trade Creditors and
Former Trade Creditors), which was paid on September 25,
2025;
3. IDR 113,929,951 (one hundred thirteen million nine hundred
twenty-nine thousand nine hundred and fifty-one rupiah)
represents the principal payment of the 2022 Waskita Beton
Precast Bonds I and II (not yet distributed and included in the
sinking fund);
4. IDR 41,313,332 (forty-one million three hundred thirteen
thousand three hundred and thirty-two rupiah) represents the
payment to PT Bank DKI as Other Financial Creditor (not yet
distributed and included in the sinking fund).
WSBP will make the next CFADS payment on March 25, 2026.
